The Kerala High Court today said that a revised charge sheet will be issued against CPM leader M V Jayarajan on Monday in connection with the contempt of court case against him. A Division Bench comprising Justice V Ramkumar and Justice P Q Barkat Ali also directed Jayarajan to appear before the court in person. The High Court had suo motto initiated contempt of court proceedings against Jayarajan for his derogatory remarks against judges, after the Kerala High Court banned roadside public meetings across the state.
