The Kerala High Court on Monday granted conditional bail to seven CPI-M activists arrested in connection the Shukoor murder case. Justice N K Balakrishnan ordered the accused to furnish of a bond for one lakh rupees each and two solvent sureties for the like sum.The Court dismissed the bail application of one of the accused, M V Dinesh. Meanwhile, police probing the Shukoor murder case has issued notice to Kannur CPI-M District Secretary P Jayarajan and CPI-M MLA T V Rajesh to appear before the Investigating Officer for questioning, in connection with the murder.Abdul Shukoor, of the IUML was stabbed to death in retaliation to an attack by suspected IUML workers on Jayarajan and T V Rajesh when they visited Ariyil in Kannur district on February 20.
