<span style="color: #222222;">The Kerala High Court today approved the guidelines submitted by the Election Commission to prevent double voting. Those who have votes in more than one place will have to  submit an affidavit at the polling booth. The High Court also directed that the Central forces be deployed if necessary to facilitate the polls and ensure smooth conduct of the elections.
