The Kerala High Court today allowed the anticipatory bail applications moved by retired Gujarat DGP R B Sreekumar, and three others in the ISRO conspiracy case. Others whose anticipatory bail applications were allowed include a retired IB officer and two former Kerala Police officers. The case relates to the hatching of a conspiracy to frame former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan in 1994. RB Sreekumar was on deputation to the Intelligence Bureau at the time of the incident.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">The Supreme Court ordered further investigation by the CBI, after a high level committee appointed by it looked into the role of erring police officers submitted its report. The CBI has arranged 18 former police and intelligence bureau officials in the ISRO conspiracy case. They are accused of various offences under the IPC including criminal conspiracy, kidnapping and fabrication of evidence.</span><br />
