Kerala Govt to set up two committees to advise on revision of school curriculum

Kerala Government will set up two committees to advise on revision of school curriculum and to deal with matters related to school education. The State Curriculum Steering committee headed by the Minister for General Education will deal with matters concerning school education while Curriculum Core Committee with the General Education Principal Secretary as chairperson will advise on the revision of the school curriculum.<br />''<br />''The revision is likely to be implemented from the 2023-24 academic year. The aim of the Core Committee is to assess and incorporate public opinion while revising the curriculum and preparing new textbooks. The 71-member curriculum committee has prominent personalities from all walks of life.
