AIR correspondent reports that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that,  Covid testing must be made mandatory for all expats who are intending to return , as the people who are positive and those who are negative travelling together in flights can lead to a rapid rise in Covid cases.Mr Vijayan while the  addressing media in Thiruvananthapuram said that  Kerala  welcomes all Pravasi Keralites wholeheartedly and the compulsory covid test is only intended to contain the spread of virus.<br />''<br />''He further seeked Centre's intervention to arrange Covid  testing facility for Non resident Indians in countries that lack the required facility and also to provide special travel arrangements for Covid positive people from abroad.
