<span style="color: #222222;">As Kerala continues to flatten the COVID-19 curve with  7 new  cases and  27 recovery being reported today, the State government proposed various  relaxations in areas other than hotspot regions from April 20th. In the State Cabinet meeting held today, the Kerala  Government decided to follow  the Centres lockdown decision, and  proposed 4 categorizations of districts in the State based on  the present level of COVID-19 infection.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />''  AIR correspondent reports that first  category includes four districts, Kasargode, Kannur, Kozhikode and Malappuram where strict guidelines will be continued without relaxations.The boundaries will remain  closed, entry and exit points will be decided for essential services in the regions.Relaxations are proposed in other districts in second, third and fourth category , for which the Centre's permission will be sought as few come under the hotspot list of Centre.<br />'' <br />'' Second category includes Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam and kollam districts  where  the strict guidelines will be continued till April 24th and the hotspot villages will remain closed.<br />'' <br />'' Third category includes  Alapuzha, Palakkad, Thrissur, Wayand and Thiruvananthapuram were partial normal life will be allowed from April 24th with general restrictions.Shops and restaurants will be  open till 7 pm.<br />'' <br />'' Fourth category includes Kottayam and Idukki districts were normal life allowed from April 21st with general restrictions and safety measures.In areas other than hotspots in the State, relaxation were allowed from April 20th for the functioning of Building sector, Cashew, Agriculture, Plantations, clinical labs,akashaya centres etc  by following  general guidelines and  compliance to the Centre's direction.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Meanwhile masks had been made compulsory while venturing out.All forms of gatherings  continue to be strictly forbidden whereas social distancing, hand washing need to followed diligently by all.  Meanwhile presently 147 active cases of Covid 19 are there in the State and a total of 245 people recovered so far from the disease.The number of people under observation came down to over 88000.</span><br />''  <br />
