<span style="color: #222222;">In Kerala, the State Government is making all necessary preparations to welcome Keralites from abroad, as and when the Centre allows the same. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan informed that the state is fully prepared for receiving the Non-resident Keralites as soon Central Government allows special flights to bring them back. Department of Non-Resident Keralites Affairs (NORKA) has opened online registration two days back, for those who wish to return. Till now, over  2,76,000  Keralites  from 150 countries have registered on the NORKA website.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">A committee under the District Collector with representatives from the Airports Authority of India, Kerala Police and Health Department would oversee the elaborate arrangements at the airports to receive them. There will be doctors and paramedical staff at the airport for detailed checking of the arriving passengers. The Chief Minister said that after the initial screening, those without symptoms would be sent to their homes for quarantine. There would be regular monitoring by the Police and Health Care workers to ensure that they follow the quarantine rules.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Telemedicine facilities and mobile medical units would be set up under Panchayats to ensure proper medical care for those under isolation. Those with symptoms would be moved straight to the quarantine centres and their disinfected luggage would be sent home.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Special Covid care centres with adequate quarantine and medical facilities have been set up near all airports. Similar arrangements are done at the Ports also in case the Central Government decides to bring them back by ships. Meanwhile, the registration for Keralalites in other states  and regions of the country will begin from today evening on the NORKA website <a href="http://www.registernorkaroots.com/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #1155cc;">www.registernorkaroots.com</span></a>. Meanwhile, 123 active COVID-19 cases are there in Kerala and 359 persons had recovered from the disease so far. </span><br />
