<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala Government has decided to open Control Rooms in  all districts to  following forecast for heavy rainfall in the State in the coming days.  Disaster response forces in all police stations have been asked to be on high alert to handle any unforeseen situation.<br />'' <br />'' Am emergency meeting convened by the Chief Secretary also decided to issue a set of guidelines to the public. Those residing close to areas prone to landslides, river banks, coastal belts and low-lying areas have been asked to exercise extreme caution.<br />'' <br />'' Various districts have been placed under high alert.<br />'' <br />''As squally weather with strong wind is likely to prevail over Kerala and Lakshadweep coasts, a temporary ban has been imposed on fishing in the sea.</span>
