In Kerala, addressing the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Thiruvananthapuram, Union Minister for External Affairs S. Jaishankar said that in the last ten years, the Central government has fulfilled all the basic needs of the people of the country.  The Minister pointed out that "Today 'Modi ki guarantee' is something that is believed not only in the country but also in the world. The Union Minister also commented that various welfare schemes of the Central Government like Mudra Yojana and PM Swanidhi have won the trust of the people.<br />''<br />''Union Minister of State V. Muralidharan, who also attended the programme, said that Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is being organised for common citizens and that over one and a half crore people across Kerala are the beneficiaries of the PM Garib Kalyan Yojana.<br />
