Kerala reports slight decrease in covid cases, Covid vaccination drive for senior citizens and those aged above 45 years with co morbidities is continuing in full swing in the state. As a part of the mass vaccination, many State Ministers including State Health Minister KK Shailaja  received the first dose of Covid vaccine. Shailaja said the State would explore the possibility of starting mass vaccination centres to speed up the process.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, Kerala confirmed 2938 new covid cases last day. 3512  recoveries were also reported. Presently the total active Covid cases in Kerala is 47,277. The test positivity rate reduced to 4.31%.16 recent deaths were also confirmed due to Covid lately,  taking the death toll in the State to 4226.<br />
