AIR Correspondent reports,<i> </i>Malappuram, Thrissur and Ernakulam districts reported over 1,000 new COVID cases today. 7,991 recoveries were also reported today. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Over 52,000 samples were tested in the last 24 hours in the State. The total active COVID cases in Kerala rose to 96,004. Meanwhile, 26 deaths were confirmed due to COVID taking the death toll in the State to 1139. Over 2,76,000 people are under observation in Kerala.</span><br />
