Kerala continues to report surge in Covid cases  with  722 new positive cases being confirmed today. State also reported two Covid deaths taking the Covid death toll to 37.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Among the new cases, 481 people contracted the disease through contact. Thiruvanthapuram continued to be the worst hit with 339 new cases among which 301 cases are through local transmission. Meanwhile 227 people recovered from the infection today in the State. Presently, 5372 active Covid cases are there in Kerala.</span><br />
