<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala confirmed 7,224 new COVID positive cases on Thursday. A total of 73,015 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. At present, the test positivity rate is 9.89 per cent. In all, 47 deaths were also confirmed due to COVID today, taking the total death toll to 35,040. Bringing respite, 7,638 recoveries were also reported today. At present, 69,625 is the active caseload in the state. Also, 372 deaths were added to the list of COVID deaths.</span><br />
