Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan today slammed economic policies of globalisation that promoted use and throw labour hiring culture in industries and IT sector. <br/><br/>Speaking after inaugurating `EMS Bhavan' in Bangalore, he noted that Bangalore had a large number of industrial labourers and IT employees, and said the economic policies of globalisation will have a greater influence in the city. He also stressed the need for stable jobs. <br/>Mr Achuthanandan said, the new economic policies had cultivated a use and throw culture, instead of a permanency in job and incentives. <br/><br/>The EMS Bhavan,declared open on the 101st birth anniversary of Kerala's first Communist Chief Minister, the late E M S<br/>Namboodiripad, was built by A K Gopalan Memorial Social Education Trust. <br/><br/>Mr Achuthanandan said he was glad that the Trust would be beginning short-term courses to teach about the struggles of agriculture labourers and downtrodden.
