In Kerala, amid mounting protests against the wild elephant attacks in Wayanad, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan today directed to convene a high-level meeting led by Ministers to discuss the issues related to wildlife attacks in the district. The meeting will be held  20th of this month under the leadership of the Ministers of Revenue, Forest and Local Self-Government along with the people's representatives and officials.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile, the harthal announced by the political parties is ongoing in the district.
