Kerala Chief Minister Ommen Chandy has denied allegations that the government is engaged in snooping of e-mail messages of persons belonging to a particular community. He said that reports appearing in a section of the media are distorted and highly unfortunate that the high tech cell of the state police is engaged in snooping of personal e-mails.
