Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy says 45 specific project proposals with an investment of over 40,000 crores were made at the Emerging Kerala Investor's meet, which concluded in Kochi this evening.Addressing the valedictory of the three day meet this evening, the Chief Minister said these include BPCL's Cochin Refineries Expansion project and the Petrochemical complex project worth 18,000 crore rupees, a Volkswagen Engine Assembly unit for 2000 crores and a solar energy plant of at a cost of 500 crore rupees.
