Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan condemns attack on AKG Centre

<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has condemned the attack on the AKG Centre, the headquarters of the ruling CPM in Thiruvananthapuram. In a statement, the Chief Minister said that  instructions have been given to the Police to nab the culprits. Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan has asked the party cadres to exercise high moral restraint and not to be swayed by provocations.<br />''<br />''Condemning the incident, Opposition Leader V.D. Satheesan stated that those intending to shift public attention from controversies against the government are behind the attack.  <br />''<br />''BJP State Chief K. Surendran said the offensive against AKG Centre was to divert attention from the diplomatic baggage gold smuggling case haunting the government.<br />''<br />''The headquarters of the CPM came under attack when an unidentified person hurled explosive on it around midnight last night.</span><br />
