George Kurian has been appointed as vice-chairman of National Commission for Minorities. He is a renowned social and educational activist from Kerala. <br/><br/>Last week, the government had appointed noted social activist and former national general secretary of the BJP Minority Morcha, Syed Ghayorul Hasan Rizvi as Commission's chairman.<br/><br/>Other members of the Commission are Sulekha Kumbhare, Sunil Singhi and Vada Dasturji Khurshed Kaikobad Dastoor.<br/>
