The budget session of Kerala assembly will start on Thursday. Karnataka Governor H R Bharadawaj holding additional charge of Kerala will address the house on the opening day. The house will pay tribute to Governor M OH Farooq who died recently. The state budget for the financial year 2012-13 will be presented by Finance Minister K M Mani on 19th March. The session will conclude on 4th April.
