<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala Government has announced guidelines for lockdown Phase 5 in the state. AIR correspondent reports that &nbsp;Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that complete lockdown will be implemented in all containment zones in the State,&nbsp; with 24 hours curfew like situation permitting only emergency services. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In other regions, bus service is permitted inside the district and between near by districts. Compulsory registration and passes will continue to be required to enter the state. Cinema shooting is permitted&nbsp; only in studio and indoor location with max 50 people maintaining strict COVID guidelines.Television shooting is also&nbsp; permitted with max 25 people. A maximum of 50 people is allowed in marriages. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Reverse quarantine will be strengthened in the state and gatherings will remain forbidden. Opening of schools will be decided after July. Chief Minister further informed that the relaxations will be consulted with the Centre and the opening of religious institutions&nbsp; will only be decided once the Centre issues guidelines&nbsp; after 8th of June.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, 57 new COVID cases were confirmed in Kerala out of which 55 are returnees from abroad and other states. The total number of active cases rose to 708.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">As monsoon arrived in Kerala and the depression in Arabian sea intensified, heavy rain is predicted for coming two days in the state.
