In Kerala, the 9th General Assembly of the Intercity Intangible Cultural Cooperation Network (ICCN) got underway at Kozhikode this morning. About 100 delegates from 23 countries comprising City Mayors, International Museum Directors and academicians are participating in the five-day meet, being held in the country for the first time.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">An international cultural festival, seminar, workshop and exhibition will be organised as part of the event. The ICCN is a UNESCO accredited organisation, devoted to developing city to city collaboration for the preservation and development of intangible cultural heritage.
