Amid uproar Delhi government today tabled Janlokpal Bill in the assembly ignoring Lieutenant Governor advice on it. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal introduced the Bill in the house and called for a discussion. However opposition members objected to the introduction of the bill saying it is unconstitutional. They said the government has not taken prior approval from the LG to introduce the bill. Amid chaos, the speaker adjourned the house for half an hour. Earlier, as demanded by the opposition members, Speaker M S Dhir read out the letter received from LG who had advised him not to allow introduction of the bill.
