Delhi Police on Friday said that the accused Sayed Mohammad Ahmad Kazmi who had been arrested, has led to unraveling the conspiracy behind the terror attack on an Israeli Embassy vehicle last month in the national capital. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Delhi Police Commissioner B.K Gupta said, after investigation it came to light that he was in contact with three Iranian people for some time who are suspected to be involved in this terror attack.
Mr Gupta said that process of issue of Red Corner notices have also been initiated in respect of these people of Iranian origin. He said, during investigation it was also revealed that the accused Kazmi and his wife have been receiving foreign remittances regularly for which Director of Enforcement has been written to probe the source in this regard.
