In Karnataka, former Minister Katta Subramanya Naidu has received conditional bail on health grounds from Lokayukta Special Court today. Facing charges of land de-notification, Katta Naidu is undergoing treatment at a Mumbai hospital. He had sought bail for undergoing treatment in London .Lokayukta special judge N K Sudhindrarao has allowed two months conditional bail which can be extended by one more month after relevant medical records are submitted to the court. The court has also asked Katta to furnish a bond for 50,000 rupees.
