In Jammu and Kashmir, as part of its efforts to revitalise the district's Youth Clubs, the District Administration of Kathua district in Jammu division is going to host the "Festival of Youth" on the 27th of March at Sports Stadium Kathua. <br />'' <br />'' AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that the event aims to mobilise young people and provide them with support and sustainable self-employment opportunities under the Youth Club initiative of Mission Youth. The festival will include sports such as volleyball, kabaddi and tug of war, as well as cultural events. Youth Volunteers of the district will be exposed to self-employment opportunities available under various Government schemes and programmes. <br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Other highlights of the festival will include plantation drives, street plays, a marathon, a cycle rally and counselling on the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. There will also be awareness of self-employment schemes and programmes of different departments. The event is being organised in collaboration with several district offices. Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, Rahul Pandey has directed these officers to work in convergence to make the event a grand success. </span><br />
