The higher reaches of Kashmir valley have experienced first snow fall of the season amid intermittent rains in planes. AIR correspondent reports that temperature has come down by ten notches signaling arrival of long winter.AIR correspondent reports, Srinagar and other planes received a heavy dose of rains for last two days while as higher reaches experienced first snow fall of the season. The day temperature dipped by ten notches forcing people to wear warm clothes and expedite other arrangements to beat the cold. Tourists present at Gulmarg and other resorts cherished the early snow fall.The rain and snow at this time is believed to be good for rabi crops.
