The Union Minister for Culture Ms. Selja will inaugurate tomorrow three day Kashmir festival, 'Shuhul Taaph' at a function in New Delhi. Artists, poets, painters from Kashmir, Delhi and several other parts of the country will participate in the festival to present their creative skills. Noted personalities will be honoured at the inaugural of the function by the Minister for their outstanding contribution to art, culture and science. A week long handi-craft exhibition is also a part of the event.
