The lone captured Pakistani gunman in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, Ajmal Amir Kasab today said that he should be tried by an international court. However, his plea was rejected by a special court in Mumbai . <br/><br/>Following his demand, judge M L Tahaliyani said that he could make that plea after the judgement had been pronounced as it was premature at this stage. Kasab also told the court that he would like to consult Pakistani authorities on examining defence witnesses if they come in Mumbai.<br/>
