Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab today raised juvenile plea by urging Bombay High Court to refer his case to Medical Board to determine his age. Kasab’s lawyers also requested for commissioning a study on the gunman by some NGO working in India and Pakistan. Farhana Shah, one of the Kasab’s lawyers requested the court to check the mental stability of Kasab. The court is expected to give decision on the issue tomorrow.
