Afghanistan President Mr. Hamid Karzai will be sworn in for his second term on Thursday amidst tight security in capital Kabul. AIR correspondent reports foreign dignitaries from across the country has reached the capital to attend the ceremony. External affairs minister Mr. S. M. Krishna, Pakistan President Asif Aki Zardari and US Secretary of state Hillary Clinton reached Kabul on Wednesday evening.
