Karnataka to hold full day classes for class 9, 10 and PUC students from Feb 1

<span style="color: #222222;">Karnataka Primary and Secondary Education minister Suresh Kumar has informed that from February 1st, regular full day classes will commence for grades 9 and 11 along with 10th and 12th standard students.<br />''<br />''The decision was taken yesterday after a meeting with the Technical Advisory Committee in Bengaluru.<br />''<br />''It was also decided that Vidyagama classes for grades six to eight will continue. Vidyagama is a programme by the Education department in which teachers conduct classes in community halls or other open areas to prevent the spread of the pandemic.<br />''<br />''The decision on starting rest of the classes will be taken after a meeting with the Committee in the second week of next month.<br />''<br />''The minister informed that SSLC or 10th standard board exams will be held between June 14 to 25 across the state. </span><br />
