In Karnataka, incessant and heavy rain continued in Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada, Uduppi and Kodagu districts. Educational institutions were declared holiday in these districts. Meanwhile, three labourers were killed and two people were injured after a landslip at Mukkuda in Panjikallu village in Dakshina Kannada district today. The deceased labourers from Kerala were working as rubber tappers. Karnataka Power Minister Sunil Kumar visited the area and assured all possible help to the affected labourers.<br />'' <br />'' Kumaradhara and Nethravathi rivers are flowing above the danger mark and people in the low-lying areas have been advised to move safer places.<br />'' <br />'' Revenue Minister R.
