<span style="color: #222222;">In Karnataka 7,184 new Covid -19 positive cases were reported yesterday taking the tally to 7,58,574. Among the new cases Bengaluru reported the highest number of 3,371 cases and Bidar district reported the lowest number of 10 cases. At the same time 8,893 people recovered from covid and were discharged from various hospitals in the State. So far 6,37,481 people have recovered from the disease.&nbsp; At present 1,10,647 active patients are taking treatment in various hospitals in the State among them 940 are in ICU. 71 covid patients lost their life and the total fatalities have gone up to 10,427.&nbsp; The State conducted 1,01,016 covid tests yesterday and the total number of tests have gone up to 65,62,710.<br />'' <br />'' A dash board is developed by the National Disaster Management Authority for capturing the details of oxygen consumption at all government and private medical establishments in the State on a daily basis. In order to monitor the process a five member committee is constituted under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioners in the districts. All the government and private hospitals are instructed to feed details of their oxygen consumption. Based on the data on a daily basis, the Committee is slated to ensure that there is sufficient supply of oxygen needed especially by critical patients.</span><br />

Karnataka reports 7184 new COVID-19 positive cases
