In Karnataka, 413 new Covid cases were reported yesterday taking the total number of active cases to 6036. Around 353 persons were recovered from the infection and discharged from hospitals in last twenty four hours. The positivity rate stands at 0.74% and fatality rate at 0.48%. There were two deaths reported yesterday due to the pandemic.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Meanwhile, 101671 healthcare workers in Bengaluru Urban and  6082 healthcare workers in  Bengaluru Rural have been vaccinated with first dose of covid vaccination so far.  In the state, 424491 healthcare workers were vaccinated with the first dose of covid vaccination recording coverage of 52 percent and 113830 health care workers have been administered with second dose of Covid vaccination.  The state has also achieved 42% of coverage in administering covid vaccine to 1, 20,172 frontline workers till yesterday.   </span><br />
