Arrangements are being made in Karnataka to receive Queen's Baton relay which is passing through Tamilnadu now. Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs in Karnataka Gulihatti Shekar will receive it on the interstate border on Tuesday in Chikkanahalli in Chamrajnagar district. The relay will reach Mysore on the same day.Chief Minister Yeddyurappa will receive the Queens baton the next day and hand it over to iconic badminton player Prakash Padukone and Karnataka’s first Olympian Kenneth Powell. The relay will thereafter move towards Goa.
