<span style="color: #222222;">Karnataka Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai has informed that nine districts with high COVID 19 Pandemic cases in the state will be under lock-down till March 31st. Speaking to media persons after a meeting held by Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa in Bengaluru today, the Home minister said, the public transport services will be suspended in the entire state till tomorrow. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Section 144 prohibitory order will be imposed till 12.00 midnight today in the entire State. In the nine districts with high risk of pandemic, only essential services will be functional. No public transport will be available from these districts to the rest of the state till March 31st. Earlier in the day the Chief Minister had announced closing the state borders and set up a 1700 bed COVID 19 wards in Victoria hospital.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It was also decided to screen all the air passengers arriving to the State including domestic passengers. The Government Guest house Balabrooie will be converted into War room that will function round the clock to take immediate decisions to contain the virus. It was also decided to disburse two months provisions in advance in the ration shops.</span><br />
