National Investigation Agency (NIA) searched multiple locations in Bengaluru yesterday in connection with the DJ halli and KG halli police station attack cases.<br />''<br />''Searches were conducted at seven locations at the premises of seven absconding charge sheeted accused persons. During the searches various incriminating documents and electronic devices were seized from the premises of the absconding accused persons.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">On August 11, 2020, a mob protesting against an alleged derogatory social media post about Prophet Mohammed had turned violent and targeted the police station. The police personnel inside the station were attacked and the police vehicles parked there were burnt down or damaged. The mob had also damaged government and private properties. NIA had filed charge sheet against 247 accused persons.</span><br />
