He added that 70 percent of industries in the state have started their operations. &nbsp; <br />''<br />''The Chief Minister said that special incentives scheme will be introduced to attract industries leaving China. He added that amendment to the Land Reforms Act has simplified the process of purchasing land for setting up industries in the state. <br />''<br />''He also said that 12.40 lakh construction workers have been given one-time financial assistance of 5000 rupees each by Karnataka Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.</span><br />
