In Karnataka, the Major and Medium Water Resources Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi has resigned after he was allegedly caught up in a sex scandal CD released yesterday.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The CD was released by a social activist Dinesh Kallahalli and a complaint was filed with the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Kamal Pant. The Opposition Congress and JD(S) had sought the resignation of the Minister after the CD was released. After tendering his resignation, Ramesh Jarkiholi said that he has sent his resignation letter to the Chief Minister on moral grounds. </span><br />
