Deputy Commissioner Mullai Mugilan declared holiday for schools and colleges in the district today. In Haveri district, heavy rain disrupted the normal life of the people. Deputy Commissioner Sanjay Shattan said that one house was completed damged and 14 houses were partially affected.</span><br />
