In Karnataka, the Higher Education Minister Dr. V S Acharya has passed away in Bangalore on Tuesday. He was 72. The minister collapsed while attending a function in Bangalore today and was shifted to a private hospital.Chief Minister D V Sadanand Gowda announced that Dr. Acharya is no longer with us before leaving for the hospital.
