Government today indicated that Karnataka High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran will have to go on leave as advised by the Supreme Court Collegium. <br/><br/>Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, Law Minister M Veerappa said justice Dinakaran is not above the law and the hand of law is quite long enough to catch anyone.<br/>
