<span style="color: #222222;">In Karnataka, the Bengaluru Urban Deputy Commissioner has declared holiday for schools and colleges in Bengaluru today following heavy rains. All the private, aided and government schools and pre University colleges will remain closed today in Bengaluru Urban district. The announcement was made after opinion from educational institutions. The met department has predicted the rain lashing the city since last two days will continue today. Due to Ganesha festival tomorrow, the schools and colleges will now open only on Thursday.</span><br />
