Karnataka Health and Medical Education Minister Dr. K Sudhakar has said that the unlock decision will be based on scientific advice. The minister has tweeted that Karnataka received 1.64 lakh doses of Covaxin yesterday sent by the Central Government. Totally till now the state has received 15.86 lakh doses of Covaxin from the Central Government and another 1.94 lakh doses are procured by the state.</span><br />
