The Karnataka High Court has upheld the Assembly Speaker's order of disqualification of 11 BJP MLAs. The verdict was delivered by Justice V G Sabhahit. He has concurred with the opinion held by Chief Justice J.S. Khehar that the 11 BJP MLAs cated against party by submitting a letter of withdrawal of support to the BJP government.Justice V G Sabhahit was appointed as third Judge after a Division Bench comprising of Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice N Kumar gave a split verdict on one of the four issues of disqualified BJP MLAs.
