Justice V G Sabhahit of Karnataka High Court will hear today the case related to the disqualification of 11 BJP MLAs by Assembly Speaker. The hearing by Justice Sabhahit as third judge was necessitated by a split verdict delivered by a division bench comprising Chief Justice J S Khehar and Justice N Kumar on Monday. The disqualified BJP MLAs had moved to the high court challenging Speaker K G Boppaiah decision to disqualify them under Anti Defection Law after they withdrew their support to the Yeddyurappa Government in Karnataka.
