The Single Bench Judge Subhash B Adi of Karnataka High Court has reserved the judgement on a case filed by PDP leader Abdul Naseer Madani to quash the chargesheet filed by the Karnataka police in the Bangalore serial Blast case against him. In the hearing today the State Public Prosecuter H S Chandramouli submitted a 57 page objections against Madani and argued that chargesheet against Madani cannot be quashed as there is incriminating evidence against Madani’s involvement in the bomb blast. The Senior Council for Madani, Ravi B Naik argued that chargesheet cannot be issued based only upon the statement given by another accused in the case namely T Nazeer, a LeT suspect.
