The Karnataka High Court on Friday adjourned the bail plea case of former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa till Monday. The bail plea has been filed against the Lower court order which had rejected Yeddyurappa's bail in two cases of land de-notification. The complainant, Sirajin Basha, has filed five complaints against Yeddyurappa, his sons, son-in-law and others for irregularities in land de-notification.Since there is likely hood of summons being issued in the remaining three cases, Yeddyurappa has also sought anticipatory bail from the High Court today . Justice H Billappa of the High Court adjourned the hearing of these cases to November 3, giving time to complainant to file objections.
